Job Description

As the Residence Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the overall management and day-to-day operations of the residential society. You will be in charge of ensuring premium service standards, maintaining property upkeep, and addressing resident concerns effectively to uphold the society's luxury living experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for all residents, promptly addressing their concerns, queries, and requests in a professional manner. - Foster strong relationships with residents to create a welcoming and community-focused environment. - Ensure timely communication of notices, events, and updates through email, newsletters, and digital platforms. - Efficiently handle move-in/move-out processes to ensure smooth transitions for residents. - Manage VIP requests and provide concierge-style services for high-profile residents. - Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of common areas, amenities, and building infrastructure to maintain luxury standards. - Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness, safety, and general conditions. - Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and security teams for optimal performance. - Address emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized services while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. - Manage on-site staff, including security, housekeeping, concierge, and technical teams. - Ensure all staff maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times. - Provide training and development programs to enhance staff skills and service levels. - Prepare staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across essential functions. - Oversee the society's/federation budget, practicing prudent financial management and cost control. - Maintain records related to maintenance contracts, service agreements, and resident communication. - Prepare periodic reports for management on operational activities, expenses, and ongoing projects. - Ensure property compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. - Manage fire safety protocols, security procedures, and emergency preparedness plans. - Conduct regular safety drills and training for staff. - Organize resident engagement activities such as social events, wellness programs, and community gatherings. - Collaborate with resident committees to address collective concerns and foster a sense of community. **Key Skills:** - Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. - Efficiently managing multiple tasks under pressure. - Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills. - Attention to detail in maintaining high standards.
