Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager, located in Coimbatore. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, and managing sales activities. Additional responsibilities include training staff, maintaining booking records, ensure higher room occupany and smooth business operation.
