Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Near Calicut University, Kerala

Designation: Hotel Reservation Analyst

Qualifications:

Graduates, Post Graduates.

0 – 01 Years experience in Hotel Reservations

Good communication skill in English, Hindi and Malayalam

Required Skills and Experience

• Hotel Reservations & Inventory Management
• Excellent optimization skills in OTA platforms like Airbnb, Agoda, Airbnb and booking.com
• Proficiency in using channel management software.
• Minimum of 02 years’ experience within Hotel Reservations environment.
• Experience within online sales and business development.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
• Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
• Energetic and motivating individual
• Creative thinking
• Excellent communication skills – English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
