Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Hyderabad. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing room bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include processing reservation requests, optimizing room occupancy rates, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. The role also involves handling sales inquiries and promoting hotel services and packages.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience in managing reservations and providing customer service
• Sales skills and the ability to promote hotel services and packages
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in hotel management software is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
