📌 Role Overview

As a Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact in our guests’ journey — handling reservation requests, ensuring accuracy in bookings, and delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand values.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations promptly and accurately via telephone, email, and booking systems.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance to guests, ensuring a smooth reservation process.
• Co-ordinate with internal departments to fulfil guest requests and special arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Support the team in achieving departmental targets and delivering a seamless guest experience.

💼 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations or a front office role.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.

📚 Qualifications

• Minimum national academic qualification (hospitality background preferred).
