Job Description:

We are seeking a Reservation Specialist with 2–3 years of relevant experience in airline reservations and customer service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in using Amadeus, Galileo, and other Global Distribution Systems (GDS), along with a strong commitment to accuracy, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight bookings, changes, and cancellations using Amadeus, Galileo, and other GDS platforms.
• Provide exceptional support to customers and partner airlines regarding reservation issues.
• Assist in managing and monitoring reservation queues to ensure timely action.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding flight options, pricing, and policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve booking discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, fare rules, and procedures.
• Generate daily/weekly reservation reports and maintain accurate booking records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in airline reservation handling.
• Proficient in GDS platforms: Amadeus, Galileo (essential).
• Strong understanding of flight booking processes and airline reservation systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Travel, Tourism, or Aviation).
