Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To handle all room reservations over digital media (Telephonic, Whatsapp etc.) for the Company
To understand and pass on Company's accommodation policy on reservations and cancellations
To handle external systems like channel manager, web booking engines, rate comparison tools, online travel agents extranets etc.
To co-ordinate with the channel manager, or software vendors for any availability, rate or booking integration issues
To take feedback on customer stays after their checkouts
To raise and close any concerns raised by the customers during their stay
To handle all queries for reservation, membership plans of the Company
To sell the membership plans to the prospective customers
To handle reservations of Villa category of the Company offerings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
