Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Associate located in Calicut. The Reservation Associate will be responsible for managing and coordinating reservations, processing bookings, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining updated records. The role also involves liaising with clients to provide exceptional service, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and coordinating reservations, and processing bookings
  • Strong customer service skills, including handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in maintaining updated records and documentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
