Job Description

Customer service: Answering customer questions and providing assistance, including helping customers get the experience they want
Taking reservations: Making reservations online or over the phone, and inputting reservation details into the hotel's system
Promoting hotel services: Promoting hotel deals, services, and special offers to guests
Processing payments: Processing payments and completing customer records
Preparing for arrivals and departures: Preparing for the day's arrivals to ensure guest satisfaction, and reviewing the day's departures to ensure proper billing
Assisting with group billing: Assisting with setting up and confirming group billing profiles
Coordinating room blocks: Coordinating room blocks with housekeeping for early arrivals, VIP arrivals, and special cleaning requests

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
