Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervising and Coordinating:Assigning cleaning tasks, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring efficient completion of duties.
• Maintaining Cleanliness Standards:Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Managing Staff:This includes hiring, training, and scheduling housekeeping staff, as well as providing guidance and support.
• Handling Guest Requests and Complaints:Addressing guest concerns and special requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining an adequate stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring their proper usage.
• Training and Development:Providing training to new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Ensuring Safety and Compliance:Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to infection control procedures.
• Reporting and Documentation:Preparing reports for upper management and maintaining records related to housekeeping operations.
• Problem-solving:Addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the housekeeping department, such as staffing shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Coordination with other departments:Working with other departments, like maintenance or front desk, to address issues or fulfill guest requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
