Role Overview: As a Call Team Researcher at HireRight, you play a crucial role in the Service Delivery model by verifying information provided by candidates and ensuring the screening process is completed efficiently and accurately. You will follow processes outlined in the SOPs, maintain professionalism, and work collaboratively with other teams to provide a first-class customer and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Verify information provided by candidates and input outcomes into client-facing reports - Communicate with candidates tactfully to obtain missing information or clarify details promptly - Support candidates throughout the screening process as needed and collaborate with other teams to keep clients informed of any issues - Maintain accurate records of actions taken in the background screening process and produce accurate reports for clients - Adhere to service level agreements and implement changes to processes as directed - Conduct phone calls professionally to assist candidates and ensure a positive experience - Assist team members, provide timely follow-up on requests, reports, and escalations, and suggest/implement changes for continuous improvement - Be open to cross-training in other functions and may assist in mentoring new team members - Specifically focus on verifying education and employment components of the screening package using available resources like telephone, email, and internet Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree/Graduate in any stream - Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in voice or blended process, preferably in background verification; freshers are also welcome - Knowledge & Skills: Fluency in written and verbal English, proficiency in Microsoft Office and email usage, ability to review details methodically, strong telephone communication skills, customer service experience preferred - Working hours: 6:00 pm - 3:30 am IST Additional Details (if available): HireRight is a premier global background screening and workforce solutions provider committed to delivering clarity and confidence in vetting and hiring decisions.
