Job Responsibilities:

Innocule provides an ideal platform for ambitious individuals who want to create something of lasting value.

1. The candidate will be responsible for leading one or more R&D projects involving new product development from lab scale to commercial scale. The main purpose of our research is to develop speciality chemicals/novel molecules for specific applications of mineral processing industries. For example: development of new coatings, new speciality chemicals for selective flocculation of iron ore fines etc.

2. One should have aptitude for research and willingness to work independently. Additionally, following skills are required:

• Should be able to study and understand research papers and implement them in lab or pilot scale experimentation.
• Ability to understand the needs of the mineral industry and plan experiments keeping in mind the objectives of the company
• Since our experiments are interdisciplinary in nature, understanding in chemistry and mineral processing will be a plus
• Ability to operate pilot scale mineral processing equipment like ball mill, crusher, classifier, filters etc

3. Visiting client sites for testing of our chemical whenever there is a requirement

4. Candidate should be willing to to develop and lead suitable research or technical collaborations with different organizations or institutes, in case the project requirement arises.

Eligibility:

• PhD in Mineral Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry having relevant experience in reagent development and mineral processing operations.
