About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Presales Executive / Coordinator . This role is essential in supporting the business development team throughout the presales cycle, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and execution of all presales activities from lead capture to proposal submission. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Prospecting & Lead Management Identify potential clients and capture leads through various channels Maintain and update lead databases Support the sales team in early-stage client engagement 🔹 Trial Management (Free & Paid Trials) Conduct pre-trial meetings with clients to understand requirements Coordinate job assignments and trial objectives Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials, samples, and machines (logistics coordination) 🔹 Presales Documentation & Proposal Support Create and manage detailed technical/commercial proposals Assist in preparing pricing submissions and tender documents Ensure timely and compliant submission of bids and proposals 🔹 Client Coordination Act as a key point of contact for client communications during the presales phase Schedule and track follow-ups, meetings, and clarifications Provide timely updates to clients on trial and proposal progress 🔹 Internal Coordination Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, technical, logistics, etc.) to align presales activities Ensure all internal stakeholders are informed and aligned on requirements and timelines Support the transition from presales to order confirmation smoothly Key Skills & Requirements: MBA in Sales & Marketing 2–4 years of experience in a presales, business development, or sales support role Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal writing Why Join Us? Post: Research Scientist (Mineral Processing) Job Responsibilities: Innocule provides an ideal platform for ambitious individuals who want to create something of lasting value. 1. The candidate will be responsible for leading one or more R&D projects involving new product development from lab scale to commercial scale. The main purpose of our research is to develop speciality chemicals/novel molecules for specific applications of mineral processing industries. For example: development of new coatings, new speciality chemicals for selective flocculation of iron ore fines etc. 2. One should have aptitude for research and willingness to work independently. Additionally, following skills are required: Should be able to study and understand research papers and implement them in lab or pilot scale experimentation. Ability to understand the needs of the mineral industry and plan experiments keeping in mind the objectives of the company Since our experiments are interdisciplinary in nature, understanding in chemistry and mineral processing will be a plus Ability to operate pilot scale mineral processing equipment like ball mill, crusher, classifier, filters etc 3. Visiting client sites for testing of our chemical whenever there is a requirement 4. Candidate should be willing to to develop and lead suitable research or technical collaborations with different organizations or institutes, in case the project requirement arises.
