Job Description

Job Summary:

Research Scientist - Formulations

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize
formulations for solid oral dosage forms
(tablets, capsules, granules, etc.).
Conduct
pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility tests, and stability studies
.
Perform
process development, scale-up, and technology transfer
for new formulations.
Prepare and maintain
technical documentation, protocols, and reports
as per regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with
cGMP, ICH, and regulatory standards
for formulation development.
Collaborate with analytical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams for successful product development.
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges to improve product stability and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
M. Pharm / B. Pharm in Pharmaceutics or related field.
Experience:
4-5 years in
formulation development of solid oral products
.
Strong knowledge of
cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
.
Hands-on experience in
process optimization, scale-up, and tech transfer
.
Proficiency in
documentation and regulatory compliance
.
