Research Intern (EVENT MANAGER)

As a Research Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of our event management team, assisting in the planning, ideation, and execution of premium corporate and luxury events. This role is perfect for students or freshers with a passion for events, creativity, and brand experiences. - Conduct research on event trends, themes, technologies, and competitor benchmarks - Build creative mood boards, references, and concept decks - Study brands, industries, and audience personas to support event strategy - Support the team with vendor research, location scouting, and pricing analysis - Prepare research documents, reports, and presentations - Assist in pre-production planning and brainstorming - Track new innovations in event design, dcor, and AV experiences Qualifications Required: - Strong interest in events, creativity, branding, and experience design - Good research and analytical skills - Ability to prepare clean PPTs, Google sheets, and creative documentation - Enthusiasm to learn, assist, and grow in a fast-paced environment - Bonus: Knowledge of creative tools, Canva, AI tools, or moodboard creation The company is located in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra, and work from the office is preferred.,
