Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced research and development assistant to work on adding value to vegetables. The ideal candidate should have practical experience and a basic understanding of the supply chain of vegetables and process methods to increase the shelf life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sound knowledge of packaging and shelf life improvements
  • Research Data analysis and execution
  • Sound knowledge about analytic equipment and its method of analysis
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
  • Project Management and execution before deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Fresher / Experienced
  • Fundamental knowledge of Fruits and Vegetables preservation
  • Basic understanding of shelf life improvement methods
Qualification
  • B.Sc. Food Processing Technology
    • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Food Technology (F.T.)
