Job Summary:

Research Developer

Qualifications & Skills Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, financial engineering, data science, or a related field. Technical Skills

Strong programming experience in
Python, Java, C#, Go, Core .Net, and Angular

Knowledge of
AI/ML
frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn).

Experience with
blockchain platforms,
cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and API design.

Familiarity with banking systems, securities trading platforms, and SEBI/RBI compliance processes

Experience with data analytics,
visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Analytical and research-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and innovation capabilities.

Ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams involving developers, researchers, and regulators.

Preferred Experience :

Prior work on
FinTech or RegTech
projects.

Contributions to open-source financial software or regulatory sandboxes.

• Experience with financial modeling, data privacy frameworks, or risk analytics.

Key Deliverables

Research reports, white papers, and software prototypes.

Working models or proof-of-concept applications addressing banking and SEBI needs.

Technical documentation and compliance reports.

Collaboration with academic or government research initiatives
