Job Title: Research Developer Banking & SEBI RTA Projects

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Research Developer to drive innovation and develop advanced software solutions for banking systems, capital markets and SEBI-regulated financial projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between academic research, regulatory requirements and practical software development, contributing to the design, prototyping and implementation of next-generation financial technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, Data Science or a related field. Technical Skills

Strong programming experience in Python, Java, C#, Go, Core .Net, Angular

Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Experience with blockchain platforms, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API design.

Familiarity with banking systems, securities trading platforms and SEBI/RBI compliance processes.

Experience with data analytics, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Preferred Experience

• Prior work on FinTech or RegTech projects.

Contributions to open-source financial software or regulatory sandboxes.

Experience with financial modelling, data privacy frameworks or risk analytics.
