Research Coordinator

The Research Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of all research activities under the project. This includes managing collaborative and faculty-led research, student projects, and sponsored studies. The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills within health or social care settings.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate research collaborations with national and international partners. Support faculty and student research projects, ensuring adherence to ethics and timelines. Liaise with government agencies for research funding and reporting. Organize research workshops, conferences, and international exposure visits. Manage project documentation, publications, and progress reports. Maintain high standards of data quality, ethics compliance, and confidentiality. Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
Master s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, Hospital Administration, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience coordinating research projects in health or social sectors. Proven skills in documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools. Strong English communication; Kannada/Hindi proficiency desirable. Desirable:
Experience in Geriatrics, Gerontology, or Elder Care. Familiarity with research ethics, grant-funded projects, and student mentorship.
