See all the jobs at Lattice Technologies Pvt Ltd here:Apply with Indeed.About the Role:We are hiring Research Associates for our Primary Research team, who will be responsible for collecting data through B2C surveys conducted over phone calls as well as field visits.This role involves directly interacting with individuals from our 1Network to gather insights through structured questionnaires and ensure quality survey responses are captured.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound phone calls to target respondents to administer surveysVisit field locations when required to conduct in-person surveysExplain study objectives and maintain respondent engagementAccurately record responses in the system or Excel formatsMeet targets for call volumes, completed surveys, and fieldwork timelinesCoordinate with the internal team for updates, issues, or validationsWhat We re Looking For:Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi (regional languages a plus)Confidence and patience while speaking with diverse respondent groupsWillingness to travel occasionally for field surveys (within cityregion)Graduate or post graduate in any stream Freshers welcomeExperience in telecalling, survey calling, field data collection, or market research is plusComfortable with basic Excel and data entryQualificationsExcellent communication skills in oral and written EnglishBachelors degree or higher from a top tier universityFreshers can applyCurrent Salary (Yearly) Expected Salary (Yearly) This is a permanant WFH job.
