Job Responsibilities Serve as the SME in technical sales conversations, demonstrating business and technical acumen. Co-create proposals with sales, delivery, and customer success teams to drive client conversions. Design client-specific solutions that align with strategic goals and deliver tangible impact. Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions and PoVs. Create assets such as proposals, RFPs, case studies, or dashboards (Figma/PowerBI) to showcase capabilities. Continuously explore new-age data sources, industry trends, and analytics innovations. Lead conversations with C-suite executives, business heads, and technical stakeholders. Collaborate with Customer Success to incorporate client insights into future solution design. Present solutions clearly and persuasively to influence strategic decision-making. Champion analytics adoption and AI-driven transformation across industries. Required Skills (Must have) 3-6 years of experience delivering analytics-led solutions with a strong problem-solving mindset. Expertise in ML algorithms (classification, regression, neural nets, Bayesian models) and core Data Science concepts. Proven ability to build and present compelling solution narratives using decks (PowerPoint), models, or written artifacts. Strong planning, multitasking, and communication skills with fluency in spoken English. Hands-on experience designing scalable AI/ML solutions and leading cross-functional teams, including product designers. Domain expertise in at least 1 of CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Technology domain. Ability to drive outcomes in a highly autonomous, deadline-driven environment Preferred Educational Qualifications An undergraduate degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or another technical field. For those with an undergraduate degree in non-technical fields, relevant prior work experience and technical aptitude will be important.
