Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a FRSN - Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress and impact.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Design and implement data collection methods to ensure high-quality data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform program decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Job Requirements
