Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Associate specializing in Public Health/Biostatistics, located in New Chandigarh, Punjab. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses, collecting and analyzing research data, and producing comprehensive evidence synthesis reports. The role will also involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, assisting in the development of best practice guidelines, and contributing to the design and implementation of research studies.

Qualifications

• Experience with systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and evidence synthesis
• Strong data collection, statistical analysis, and biostatistics skills
• Proficiency in research methodologies and study design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Master's degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related field
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., R-Studio) is a plus
• Knowledge of best practices and standards in evidence synthesis
