Research Associate (Psychology)

You will be working in Chennai in a hybrid mode. As a candidate with a B.Sc/M.Sc in Psychology and 2+ years of experience, your role and responsibilities will include leading literature reviews to identify gaps in existing knowledge and proposing research directions. You will also be responsible for developing and refining research frameworks, models, and methodologies. Collaborating with research and design teams to design, develop, and evaluate new games is a key part of the role. Additionally, overseeing project management tasks, mentoring junior researchers, and assisting in workshops, presentations, and research reports will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and strategic research planning are also expected from you to align research initiatives with organizational goals. Your qualifications should include an advanced academic background in psychology with a strong foundation in research methodologies. You should have proven experience in conducting and managing research projects, expertise in literature reviews, data analysis, and academic writing. Strong leadership and mentorship skills are required to support junior team members effectively. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment. Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to research excellence are expected. Enthusiasm for driving research innovation and contributing to the company's objectives is highly valued.
