Formulation Development (OSD) 1 to 5 Years Experience

JODAS Expoim is a research-driven, specialty biopharmaceutical company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with EUGMP–certified facilities focused on oncology, contrast media, and cephalosporin injectables

Position Summary

Formulation Development Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct literature and patent reviews to inform formulation strategy .
Execute pre-formulation studies, characterize APIs and excipients, and assess compatibility .
Develop and refine prototype formulations to match innovator quality profiles
Perform lab-scale trials and support stability testing protocols.
Assist in scale-up/tech-transfer and oversee pilot manufacturing batches and PDRs
Prepare documentation for regulatory and manufacturing use, including pre-product development strategies and specifications
Maintain detailed lab records and communicate findings in clear, data-driven reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in
B.Pharm, M.Pharm,
1–5 years
of experience in formulation R&D, particularly in OSD .
Hands-on experience with pre-formulation characterization, prototype work, stability studies, and lab documentation.
Familiarity with cGMP, lab safety, and regulatory documentation standards.
