Job Description

The Project Associate will be responsible for conducting and optimizing experiments using chemical methodologies for water and wastewater treatment processes. This role requires collaboration with R&D leads, execution of precise experimental protocols, data analysis, and report generation. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and enthusiastic about working on pilot and field-scale studies to support innovative solutions in water treatment. Key Responsibilities Conduct and optimize experiments based on well-defined research methodologies for process development in water and wastewater treatment. Coordinate with vendors to identify and implement best practices and advanced methodologies. Analyse and interpret experimental data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings. Stay updated with emerging technologies and processes in the water and wastewater domain. Support pilot and field-scale studies, including on-site project execution when required. Ensure proper maintenance, monitoring, and operation of reactors and experimental systems. Evaluate consumable requirements, ensure chemical safety, and proactively identify improvements in experimental workflows.
