  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and contribute to building a talented workforce.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to recruitment.
  • Previous experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
