PhoenixRecreate is a business and research consulting firm providing editing and academic support services to clients. We are looking for a Research Assistant Intern to join our team.

This is a structured role designed for serious academics — PhD scholars or those preparing for a PhD only.

📝 Responsibilities:

• Rephrasing for plagiarism
• Reference editing in APA, Chicago, and Harvard styles
• Formatting research papers, reports, and dissertations
• Assisting with literature reviews (finding, screening, and summarizing articles)
• Setting up online surveys (Google Forms, Qualtrics, etc.)
• 3 hours of work daily at assigned times

💰 Stipend: ₹5,000/month (6 months)

🎯 Growth Path: May convert into a full-time role at ₹10,000/month

📜 Certification: Internship certificate after 6 months
