We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Research Assistant I/II to join our team in the Division of Community Medicine and Public Health Practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate research projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement effective research methodologies and protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Analyze data and prepare reports, presenting findings to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Provide administrative support to the research team as needed.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant field such as public health, medicine, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in research coordination, preferably in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
