Research and Development (R&D) Officer

Edwings Overseas Educational Consultants Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and analytical Research and Development (R&D) Officer to strengthen our data-driven decision-making and enhance our service offerings. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying emerging trends in global education, analyzing market opportunities, and supporting the development of innovative strategies and services for students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational research, with the ability to turn insights into actionable business recommendations. Your work will directly contribute to improving student experiences and expanding our company’s reach in a competitive international education landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on global education trends, study destinations, and academic programs.
• Analyze student preferences, visa regulations, and competitor offerings.
• Develop reports and strategic recommendations based on research findings.
• Collaborate with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to improve services.
• Track policy changes, university tie-ups, and scholarship opportunities.
• Create and manage knowledge databases and research documents.

Requirements

• Prior experience in research or the education sector is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
