Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic R&D Female Candidate with strong knowledge of food product research, formulation, and documentation. The ideal candidate will support new product development, quality improvements, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research for developing new food products and improving existing ones.

Perform experiments, trials, and shelf-life studies to ensure quality and stability.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, formulations, and test reports.

Work closely with Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to align product goals.

Ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and hygiene standards.

Assist in sourcing ingredients and evaluating new raw materials.

Stay updated with food trends, market demand, and innovation in the industry.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology / Food Science or related field

Experience: 1–3 years in food R&D or product development

Skills:

Strong documentation and research skills

Knowledge of FSSAI and food safety norms

Hands-on with lab trials and formulations

Good communication and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
