Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Research and Development Chemist. The R&D Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, developing new chemical processes, and improving existing ones. Daily tasks include performing research and development activities, analyzing data, and ensuring quality control. The role involves working with coatings and other materials, maintaining accurate laboratory records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes
• Familiarity with Coatings and related applications
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or specialty chemicals industry is a plus
