Role & responsibiliti Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize paint formulations (Decorative, Industrial, and Specialty paints) . Research and evaluate new raw materials, additives, and technologies. Improve performance, durability, and cost-efficiency of existing products. Conduct lab-scale trials, pilot plant experiments, and scale-up studies . Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS, and environmental safety standards . Collaborate with Production, QC, and Sales teams for technical support. Maintain proper documentation, technical data sheets (TDS), and specifications . Stay updated with the latest industry trends, global innovations, and patents Stay updated with the latest industry trends, global innovations, and patents .
