Role Description

Research & Communications Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website and LinkedIn with regular content.
  • Draft and edit articles, blogs, and project briefs.
  • Support team members in preparing research notes and communication material.
  • Coordinate with media platforms, portals, and event organizers for visibility.
  • Track and improve engagement metrics.


Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in communications, journalism, research writing, or public policy.
  • Strong writing, editing, and digital communication skills.
  • Ability to convert technical concepts into accessible content.
  • Familiarity with urban/transport/policy topics and the ability to do basic graphic design works will be a plus.
