Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in desk research, data entry, KPO/BPO

operations, or related administrative roles.

  • Strong internet research skills, including basic Boolean search techniques and high

proficiency with LinkedIn search and filters.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filters, data validation, basic

formulas) and comfort with structured data entry.

  • Ability to follow detailed SOPs precisely and to maintain consistency across high

volumes of repetitive tasks.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management; able to balance

speed with accuracy.

  • Clear written communication; able to summarize findings succinctly and escalate

ambiguities with context.

  • Bachelors degree preferred; any certification in data analytics or research

fundamentals is a plus.
