We are hiring a Research Analyst with hands-on experience in Non-IT USA staffing/lead generation/market research. The role involves researching US-based Non-IT companies, identifying active hiring requirements, and generating accurate, high-quality leads for business development and recruitment teams.
Research US-based Non-IT companies (construction, manufacturing, logistics, blue-collar sectors)
Identify active or potential staffing requirements
Collect and validate decision-maker contact details
Generate accurate leads as per daily and monthly targets
Ensure data accuracy and zero duplication
Update data in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
Follow research processes and quality standards
Coordinate with MIS and Business Development teams
Non-IT USA research and lead generation
US company and decision-maker research
Data validation and accuracy

LinkedIn and Google research
Target-driven research experience
