Location: Greater Noida Exp 2 to 5 Years In the rapidly expanding energy transition and battery energy storage markets, both in India and globally, there is a growing demand for commodities research, market analysis, and insights. Our diverse range of activities includes data sourcing, in-depth market research, and comprehensive reporting, enabling us to create cutting-edge market intelligence and policy breakthroughs. Through price modelling and price discovery methodologies, we aim to provide accurate and reliable information to businesses and stakeholders to make informed decisions in this dynamic and evolving sector. As a Research Associate, you will be required to: Conduct detailed research and analysis on: Base metal markets, including financial performance, carbon footprint, policy and valuation. Global energy sector, especially new energy and battery storage Global trade and market trends as they relate to the energy transition Recycling market in India and globally Collate and maintain databases for: Industry events and conferences, bilateral meetings and site visits Government and non-government stakeholders Knowledge and report synopsis published by leading think-tanks Conduct primary and secondary data collection on: Fundamentals such as demand, supply, production and consumption of products relevant to Client Publish insightful reports and op-eds around relevant industry trends, policies and events Actively engage with industry and non-industry stakeholders for policy advocacy Work Experience and Skills: 2-3 years of professional work experience with the government, leading consulting firm, market research firm and/or think-tanks Experience with developing price models and handling large datasets Experience building relations and working with senior bureaucrats and politicians Strong communications skills in English and Hindi Rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead projects across workstreams Experience with Microsoft Office
