Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst-Research (Biotech) to join our team in Gurgaon and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in market research and competitive intelligence, with a strong background in biotechnology.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data and insights on the pharmaceuticals or chemicals industry.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain databases to track industry developments and changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and challenges.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Strong primary research skills, including telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexibly in different time shifts.
Experience working with large datasets and conducting quantitative analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Industry: Corporate Planning & Strategy / Management Consulting.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
