Software Assistance: Provide hands-on support for lab users with Apple s media creation software, such as Final Cut Pro, iMovie, GarageBand, Logic Pro, and Motion. Guide users in editing video, creating audio projects, and troubleshooting software issues such as crashes, file errors, or missing codecs. User Guidance: Help users with media file management, including importing/exporting files, file conversions, and backup processes. Ensure users understand how to use various tools effectively for their creative projects. Assist students and faculty with Apple system usage, including navigation macOS, iOS, and essential software like Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and Keynote. Provide one-on-one or group support to help students in using Apple devices. Basic hands on understanding of hardware and software. Basic knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware Required Knowledge on Apple system configuration and storage management Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions on Apple technology for students and staff Guide users on best practices for file management, cloud storage, and collaboration tools. Ensure lab equipment is organized, clean, and ready for use. Maintain an inventory of devices and accessories, and monitor system performance, and report any technical issues to the IT department Maintain an updated record of lab schedules, software versions, and user activity. Some understanding of media technology would be an added advantage.
