Research Partnerships Coordinator

Key Research Areas (KRAs):

• Program Support:

  Assist in planning and executing academic–industry collaboration activities, including research projects, workshops, and innovation challenges.

• Partnership Development:

  Act as a point of contact for universities, researchers, and industry stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

• Research Communication:

  Support joint publications, whitepapers, blogs, and other visibility initiatives with academic partners.

• Student Engagement:

  Coordinate internships, training programs, and research projects with universities.

• Representation:

  Represent Oizom in academic and industry conferences, seminars, and workshops as a key contact for the program.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Atmospheric Sciences, or related fields.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in academic collaborations, research projects, or program coordination.
• Strong interest in environmental sustainability and innovation.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Strong research literacy (comfortable engaging with technical and academic content).
• Good communication and writing skills (for academic and outreach audiences).
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple collaborations.
• Confident in representing Oizom externally
