Quality Manager JD

The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities for the residential project meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant codes, specifications, and project requirements. The role includes developing and implementing quality plans, supervising inspection processes, and

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Checklists.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor work quality and compliance.
Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per project specifications and approved drawings.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for quality inspections and approvals.
Maintain records of all quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.
Supervise quality control engineers and site QA/QC teams.
Identify quality-related issues and recommend effective preventive and corrective measures.
Conduct training sessions for site staff to enhance quality awareness.
Participate in project review meetings and report quality performance metrics to management.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing works.
Familiarity with IS codes, NBC standards, and ISO 9001 quality systems.
Experience in handling external audits and third-party inspections
