🌍 Part-Time International Client Support Assistant We are looking for a part-time, proactive and empathetic individual to join our international team and support clients throughout their academic degree recognition (title registration or homologation) process . This is a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, gain experience in human resources and customer service, and grow into a recruiting role. 📍 Location: India (must currently reside in India) ⏱️ Workload: Part-time 🗣️ Languages: English – Upper intermediate (B1 required) – you will interact with both clients and international partners. Spanish – Basic level desirable , but not mandatory . 🎯 Main Responsibilities Research and identify potential partners during the initial phase. Understand the structure and key actors of the degree recognition process. Interact with clients who are seeking to validate their academic degrees internationally. Serve as a communication bridge between clients and foreign immigration law firms. Review, follow up and reach out to candidates interested in the homologation process. Support the recruiting team with sourcing and pre-screening candidates for international roles. ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile Currently living in India . B1 English level is essential. Basic Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement. Background or current studies in Human Resources , Public Relations , or related fields. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to guide others through complex processes. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. 🚀 What We Offer Flexible part-time hours.
