Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Knowledge of scaffolding products and the construction equipment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the scaffolding or construction equipment industry is a plus
