Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Autodesk, Bluebeam Products Renewal & Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing Autodesk subscription renewals, driving customer success initiatives, and ensuring clients maximize value from their Autodesk investments. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with excellent relationship management skills to support customer retention, adoption, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Renewals Management

  • Manage and execute end-to-end Autodesk subscription renewals process for assigned accounts.
  • Proactively engage customers ahead of renewal deadlines to ensure smooth contract continuation.
  • Track renewal pipeline, forecast renewal rates, and report on key renewal metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address pricing, terms, and contractual queries.

Customer Success

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, focusing on retention and adoption.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring successful setup and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor product usage and proactively recommend best practices, training, and support resources.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to highlight ROI, usage trends, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in alignment with customer needs.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with technical consultants and product teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support customer engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and renewal management systems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in software renewals, account management, or customer success (Autodesk or SaaS industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Autodesk product portfolio (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, ACC, etc.) and subscription models.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding renewal/retention targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable customer insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho etc).
