Job Description

As an Associate Sales, you will play a crucial role in managing contract renewals, identifying client growth opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in the cybersecurity domain. Your solid sales experience, cybersecurity knowledge, and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer success. - Manage contract renewals for existing clients to meet company targets. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cybersecurity solutions. - Cultivate long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service. - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless contract execution. - Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities and customer interactions. - Provide consultative solutions and position the company's portfolio strategically. - Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings. - Support US and Europe sales leadership with reporting and insights. - Deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and renewal documentation. - Work flexible shifts to accommodate global business schedules. Required Skills & Competencies: - 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in renewals or account management. - Mandatory cybersecurity industry experience. - Excellent English communication skills to engage decision-makers. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a client-facing role. - Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities. - Customer service mindset with a team-oriented approach. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. - MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a plus.
