Provide Level 1 and 2 remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows & macOS).
Administer and support Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to email, connectivity, printing, access rights, and system performance.Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and security settings in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure AD.Perform patch management, software installations, and updates remotely.Monitor system performance, availability, and usage to ensure high reliability and security.Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and basic network issues.Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when necessary.Document technical procedures, FAQs, and solutions for knowledge base.Participate in IT projects, migrations, and upgrades as needed

Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services and tools.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good understanding of networking concepts (VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
Experience with remote support tools like N-able,LogMeIn, Quick Assist.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment. _
