Provide Level 1 and 2 remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows & macOS). Administer and support Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune). Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to email, connectivity, printing, access rights, and system performance. Experience with remote support tools like N-able,LogMeIn, Quick Assist. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
