Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Discover and qualify sales opportunities in Canadas metal fabrication sector.
Analyze client needs and recommend machinery solutions.
Create and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
Work with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Support marketing initiatives for product promotion and brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical college diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
Industrial sales experience (e.g., 2+ years); HVAC experience is a plus.
Strong English fluency (written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills—essential for remote work.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and skilled at building relationships virtually.
Comfortable aligning your hours with Canadian time zones.
