Role & responsibilities

  • Discover and qualify sales opportunities in Canadas metal fabrication sector.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend machinery solutions.
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Work with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives for product promotion and brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Technical college diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Industrial sales experience (e.g., 2+ years); HVAC experience is a plus.
  • Strong English fluency (written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills—essential for remote work.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and skilled at building relationships virtually.
  • Comfortable aligning your hours with Canadian time zones.
