Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to align technical solutions with business objectives. User Experience: Prioritize seamless user interactions for personas such as Admin, Provider, Patient, Manager, and Support Network members. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 1-5+ years of experience in full-stack development. Expertise in JavaScript (React, Node.js) , Python , or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture. Experience with AI/ML tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow). Strong communication skills with a remote-first mindset. Nice-to-Have: Experience with telemedicine or health tech platforms. Knowledge of gamification systems and reward mechanics. Background in social media integration and automation tools. Knowledge of health data standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
