Key Responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule, and inbox with precision and tact
• Coordinate virtual meetings, video calls, and internal/external deadlines
• Handle calls and messages with professionalism and confidentiality
• Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and internal briefings
• Maintain structured files, notes, and workflows in Google Workspace
• Support with occasional research or business follow-ups
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks — ever
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant
• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills
• Confident in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Located in Europe or available during EU business hours
• High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
